Something From Italy is a curated subscription box featuring authentic Italian goods delivered to your door each month. Each box includes a thoughtful combination of items such as artisan foods, ceramics, linens, and other products sourced from Italy.
Our goal is to bring a little piece of Italy into your home while supporting Italian artisans and traditions.
What types of items will I receive?
Every box is different. You may receive items such as:

Each shipment is curated so the items complement each other and create a small Italian experience at home.
When will my box ship?
Boxes ship once per month. Billing closed at the end of each month. Boxes start to ship after the first of every month.
Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Yes! A Something From Italy subscription makes a wonderful gift. Gift subscriptions can be sent directly to the recipient, and you may include a personalized message.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. From time to time we offer promotions such as free shipping for new subscribers or founders promotions.
Where do you ship?
Currently we ship within the United States.
What is the Founder’s Offer?
Our Founder’s Offer was a limited early subscriber opportunity that included special pricing and exclusive perks. Founder spots were limited and closed once the initial subscription group was full. We are grateful to our Founders who helped us work out the kinds of the launch.
Will I receive the same items as other subscribers?
Most subscribers receive the same curated items in each shipment. Occasionally substitutions may be made depending on artisan availability or seasonal sourcing.
Can I skip a month?
If you need to skip a shipment, please contact us before the monthly billing date and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Subscription Terms
Something From Italy is a recurring monthly subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method each month until your subscription is canceled.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be made before the next billing date. Once a monthly charge has been processed, that shipment will still be fulfilled.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of curated and perishable food products, all sales are final once a box has been processed or shipped.
If an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to make it right.
Shipment Issues
If your box arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
Product Availability
We work with small Italian artisans and specialty producers. Occasionally substitutions may be necessary, but we will always ensure the quality and value of your box.
