Why do I need to pre-order?

Your paid pre-order guarantees the number of boxes you reserve, whether you're purchasing one for yourself, sending one as a gift, or ordering several.

Because these boxes include products and artisan pieces being sourced specifically for this limited release, your pre-order allows us to finalize quantities with our Sicilian producers and makers.

What happens if the boxes sell out?

Once our available inventory has been reserved, pre-orders will close.

If we sell out, we'll open a new waiting list for anyone interested in a future release or if additional inventory becomes available.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your payment will be processed when you place your pre-order. This is what officially reserves your box and guarantees your quantity.

When will my Something From Sicily Box ship?

Many of the items in this special box are traveling to us directly from Sicily, and international shipments can take time.

Once pre-orders are complete and the products and artisan pieces arrive, we'll carefully assemble the keepsake boxes and begin shipping them to you.

When should I expect my box to arrive?

We anticipate your Something From Sicily Box arriving at your doorstep approximately 6–8 weeks after pre-ordering. Expected mid September.

Because products are traveling internationally and some pieces are being prepared specifically for this release, timing can vary. We'll keep you updated along the way as Sicily makes its way to you.

Can I purchase a box as a gift?

Absolutely! This box was designed to feel like receiving a special gift directly from Sicily.

Will every item in the box be revealed before it ships?

No — that's part of the fun!

We'll continue sharing hints, flavors, towns and behind-the-scenes glimpses, but we're intentionally keeping a few things a surprise.
